Shipping

Please allow up to 10 - 14 business days for your order to be shipped. Business days exclude holidays, weekends and days that we are closed (we will post any days that we are closed on our website).

If you are ordering a gift, please let us know when you need it to arrive so that we can make sure it gets there on time!

Please remember, we can only ship to one address per order. If you have gifts going to more than one destination, please order separately.

Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping is USPS which generally takes 2-4 days. You will receive an email once your package has shipped with a confirmation number.

Important: Please make sure that the Ship To address is correct to ensure prompt delivery.

Shipping Charges

1 Item = $5.50
2-4 Items = $9.60
5-8 items = $19.20

If you want to order more than 8 items email us directly and we'll get you a discounted rate.

Our rates are for shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and overseas will vary depending on location and weight. Please contact us for more information. Orders placed from these locations will not be processed until the extra shipping is paid for.

Local Orders: If you live in or near the Sugar Land, TX area and would like to avoid shipping charges by picking up your order, you may place your order through the website and click pick up Item locally in Sugar Land. You will not be charged shipping.

Policies and Disclaimers

Every Fancy Frame item is hand made and unique. Therefore, no two items are the same. Slight variations in materials may occur. Sample photos on this website attempt to portray each item in its truest color, but again slight variations may occur. If you have any questions please contact us at jnall3@comcast

Return Policy

Any non-personalized item may be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as item has not been used and is returned in its orginal packaging. . Unfortunately, no item that has been personalized may be returned unless there has been an error on the product itself. Contact us at jnall3@comast.net

Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Fancy Frames reserves the right to return to the customer any item that has visible usage. If returning an item, Fancy Frames will refund you for the full price less the amount of the orginal shipping cost. You will be notified of your credit via email.

Exchanges

Fancy Frames will happily exchange any non-personalized item up to 30 days after the purchase date. No item that has been used or personalized may be exchanged.

Return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer as well as shipping charges for the new item to be shipped.

Payment Options

Fancy Frames accepts credit cards through Paypal or Google Checkout or Paypal cash. These are through a secure SSL server.

Sales Tax

Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Note Card Enclosures

We will happily include a personalized note with any order that is being gift-shipped. When checking out, there will be a place for you to write your note!
